Where are we?


We are located in the Dumbarton Square Shopping Center at 7115-a Staples Mill Road. Its in the same shopping center as Ukrop's and Shoney's, just east of the Amtrak station.


From points NORTH , SOUTH or EAST of Richmond:

  1. Take I-95 to I-64 WEST
  2. Immediately after merging onto I-64 West, get in the RIGHT LANE
  3. EXIT onto Staples Mill Road Rt.33 WEST (Exit 185) - stay in the right lane
  4. Go about 1.3 miles - through the 4th stoplight at Hilliard Rd (Glenside Ave.)
  5. Take your first RIGHT into Dumbarton Square Shopping Center - at the Shoney's
  6. ComedySportz Improv Theatre is at the end of the strip to the right!

From points WEST of Richmond:

  1. Take I-64 EAST
  2. Take the GLENSIDE DR exit (Exit 183) toward US-250 W/ BROAD ST
  3. Turn LEFT onto Glenside Drive
  4. Go about 1.8 miles - turn LEFT at the stoplight at Staples Mill Road
  5. Take your first RIGHT into Dumbarton Square Shopping Center - at the Shoney's
  6. ComedySportz Improv Theatre is at the end of the strip to the right!

Special Detour from I-195:

  1. After getting onto I-64, continue through construction zone
  2. Once through the construction, get into the RIGHT LANE
  3. EXIT at West Broad St./US-250 via EXIT 183C toward Glenside Drive North
  4. Turn right at first stoplight, Glenside Drive
  5. Travel approximately 1 mile, then turn LEFT onto Staples Mill Rd.
  6. Immediately turn RIGHT into Dumbarton Square Shopping Center. We're in the back to your right!
